Current Openings 

Title: RN Triage
Location:  Main Campus

Work Schedule/hours:  18 hours/week with weekend rotation

Responsibilities:  Conducts in clinic and phone triage of patients including urgent/emergent walk-ins; makes recommendations for care utilizing approved standing orders and protocols. Uses critical thinking to follow physician approved protocols for prescription refills, medication titration and home treatment; utilizes appropriate physician consultation to work within the scope of practice. Assists patients with scheduling acute or routine appointments, educates patients regarding abnormal test results and/or medical conditions, explains medical terms and procedures. Demonstrates independent critical thinking with the ability to multi-task in various departments including: urgent situations, conscious sedation, giving work direction, and prioritizing work.

Qualifications:  Completion of an accredited nursing program, current RN license & CPR certification; Minimum equivalent of two years recent nursing experience in ambulatory care or equivalent one year recent experience in an acute care setting; excellent verbal & written communication & customer service skills; demonstrate independent critical thinking with the ability to multi-talk in various departments including: urgent situations, conscious sedation, giving work direction and prioritizing work; understanding of patient education needs and able to effectively share information with patients, family members and clinic staff as needed. Title: Insurance Representative
Location:  Main Campus

Responsibilities:  This position is responsible for submitting medical claims to insurance carriers, processing payments, researching denied and outstanding claims and resolving credit balances.

Qualifications:  HS Diploma or equivalent; one or more years billing experience in a healthcare setting; experience using medical billing software; basic math skills to make calculations, balance and reconcile figures; excellent verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of computer programs; keyboarding and 10-key skills.

Title: Provider Assistant

Pediatrics - 30 hours/week w/ weekend rotation
Float - 38 hours/week w/ weekend rotation

Responsibilities:  Patient care responsibilities include collecting patient history and vital signs, giving injections, obtaining lab reports, hospital notes and referral information, returning patient calls, assisting the provider with procedures as needed. Clerical responsibilities include scheduling appointments and completing forms as needed.

Qualifications:  Current CMA or LPN license and CPR certification required. Knowledge of basic patient care principles and protocols, policy and procedures related to infection control, safety and patient confidentiality; skill in appropriate rooming and assistance techniques. Ability to provide quality customer service to patients in a fast paced clinic setting in calm and caring manner that fosters patient health.
